Report on Participation in APAIE Conference 2026

Green University of Bangladesh was proudly represented by Dr. Md. Elham Hossain, Director of the Center for International Affairs, at the APAIE Conference 2026 (Asia-Pacific Association for International Education), held in Hong Kong from 23 to 27 February 2026.

Event Overview

The APAIE Conference 2026 brought together nearly 3,000 delegates from 75 countries, including Vice-Chancellors, Pro Vice-Chancellors, Deans, Deputy Deans, and senior international education leaders. The event served as a premier platform for advancing international collaboration in higher education across the Asia-Pacific region.

Objectives of Participation

Dr. Hossain’s participation focused on:

- Strengthening Green University’s global partnerships and networking with universities, consortia, and policy bodies.

- Sharing best practices in international student mobility, global partnerships, Erasmus Mundus scholarships, QS Ranking strategies, and inclusive internationalization.

- Enhancing the university’s international visibility to attract collaborations, funding opportunities, and student flows.

Participation and Contributions

As an active representative of Green University of Bangladesh, Dr. Hossain:
