We are pleased to announce that Prof. Dr. Mrinmoy Bosak, Professor in the Department of Pharmacy and Director of the Directorate of International Affairs at Assam Downtown University, India, visited the campus of Green University of Bangladesh on 5 May 2026.

During his visit, Prof. Bosak participated in an official meeting with the Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shorif Uddin, Honorable Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khawza Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed,  Prof. Dr. Md. Fayzur Rahman , Treasurer ,   Prof. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz , Dean, Green Business School, Prof. Dr. M Shahidullah , Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Captain (Navy) S M Salahuddin NGP, psc, MBA (LPR), Registrar, GUB.

The distinguished guest was warmly welcomed with a flower bouquet by Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shorif Uddin . Sir also  presented Prof. Bosak with a gift pack as a token of appreciation. In return, Prof. Bosak gifted traditional ‘Uttoriyo’ to the Vice Chancellor and Pro Vice Chancellor.

During the meeting, both institutions discussed strengthening bilateral collaboration, with particular focus on increasing semester-wise faculty mobility as well as exploring other joint academic and research initiatives.
