Students who have completed certain courses and earned credits (normally 'B' grade above) for a particular program of study from other recognized universities may apply for credit transfer, provided that they are similar and equivalent to the corresponding course at GUB. The relevant committee of GUB will determine the equivalence of the courses. The incumbent candidate may submit an application along with the following documents: (a) Official Transcript from the recognized university of the completed courses. (b) Detailed Syllabus/Curriculum of the completed course. (c) No Objection/Migration Certificate from the previous University. The Equivalence Committee of the respective department of GUB will determine the equivalence of the courses. The maximum credit transfer may be allowed up to 50% of the total credits required for graduation of a particular program of study. Students who wish to apply for credit transfer must do so at least 2 (two) weeks before the commencement of a semester.
