Students seeking admission in GUB should pay Taka 500.00 to the Accounts Office for an application form and instructions concerning admission. Instructions to complete the Application Form for Admission

1. Download Application Form (Doc Format)
2. Print it

3. Read and follow the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment and payment policy.

4. Complete the form by your own hand writing.

5. 2(Two) copies each of passport size and stamp size colored photographs, attested  copies of all certificates, marks-sheets/ transcripts, testimonials and  related  documents should be  enclosed with the application.

6. Students must fulfill the criteria for admission. 

7. MBA (Executive) candidates have to prove their two years job experience.

8. Incomplete Application Forms will not be entertained.

9. Submit your completed application form with enclosures attachments with the application fee  of Tk. 500.00 directly to the following address:
